We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and buying intent.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective customers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads and improve conversions.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely lead response.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries professionally.
Prepare and share periodic reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Telecalling in the real estate industry.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Fluency in English and the local language (Hindi and/or regional language preferred).
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working with residential or commercial real estate projects.
Knowledge of the complete sales funnel and customer lifecycle.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
