Key Responsibilities :
Develop thorough understanding of current processes through data, field visits and system understanding.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas of improvement for both service quality and profitability.
Drive improvement initiatives till end state by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives.
Service Levels for facilities under scope.
Identify the process gaps and fixes. Implement the gaps at scale. Gaps can be process, product, structural, organizational.
Cost optimization.
Should know and have worked on activity based costing.
Process optimization.
Be able to identify redundancy in the processes.
Manual processes which can be automated.

5 to 6+ Years into SCM/ Warehouse Operations with FC background
