Key Responsibilities
Source data from Data tables and enhance pickup service levels by identifying

and eliminating service failures.
Strengthen relationships with clients and their sellers by improving the seller

experience and actively collecting feedback.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular housekeeping and validation.
Manage a team of associates and coordinate effectively with internal

(Operations) and external (Sellers/Clients) stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
Analyze pickup data and support process improvement initiatives to streamline

first-mile operations.
Candidate Profile
Education: Minimum Graduate in any field.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages

is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:




Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft
Excel .
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a rapid paced setting and meet deadlines
High level of ownership and a solid bias for action.
Ability to build trust with clients and sellers through efficient coordination
and problem resolution.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel
Spoken languages - English and Hindi mandatory (Any of Tamil, telugu, kannada,
Malayalam will be an added advantaged)
