Roles and Responsibilities :
Contract Management :
Oversee the commercial management of all customer orders for the MEA region .
Support the sales team in handling all commercial matters , ensuring the fulfilment of contracts.
Manage negotiations and handle disputes with both customers and suppliers.
Assure compliance with the Operational Risk Management Directive (ORM) and other internal/external regulations related to customer orders.
Develop and review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) , Agency Agreements , framework contracts , and other relevant legal documents in collaboration with specialist departments or external lawyers.
Assist the Fulfilment and Finance departments in managing project controlling , accounts receivable , contract management , and claim management .

Trade Finance :
Independently handle Merchanting Trade Transactions (MTT) and Project Export Applications (PEM) , including
