Role & responsibilities
Responsible to perform daily validations of various customer payouts also will be responsible for other independent audits consisting of Process Audits assigned to him/her time to time. Further, the work will include and not limited to below:
Should be able to do an independent process review pertaining to company induced and customer induced Payouts.
Should have Life Insurance product knowledge.
Should be able to Ensure governance with the touch points and ensuring that the payout validation process runs smoothly.
Should be able to answer audit queries Customer induced and company induced payouts.
Should be able to interact with IT Production Support Team and support the function by ensuring system fixes are done (in Life Asia ) wherever anomalies in set up is identified .
Should be able to coordinate with Actuarial team and Products team to ensure that current requirements are raised for fixing the issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of Macros, Advance excel formulas , VB knowledge is an extra advantage.
Self-starter and team player
Valuable writing and communication skills
