About the Role

As a Sales Manager – Used Two-Wheeler Loan , you will be responsible for scaling the two-wheeler lending business within a designated area. The role focuses on acquiring customers, growing the asset base, and delivering banking solutions in a cost-productive and technology-driven manner. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU to ensure a seamless customer experience and position IDFC FIRST Bank as the preferred banking partner.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Acquire customers for used two-wheeler loans within the identified segment and generate references from the designated catchment area.
Grow the Assets Under Management (AUM) base for two-wheeler lending solutions while meeting revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets.
Collaborate with the Product Head – Two-Wheeler Loans to deliver best-in-class funding solutions and ensure key DSTs are appropriately incentivized.
Ensure portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.




Monitor and adapt to changing market trends and develop channels for business acquisition.

Secondary Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service and design a fulfilling customer journey that leads to customer delight.
Promote IDFC FIRST Bank as the primary banking partner for customers.
Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory frameworks across the business.
Maintain extensive knowledge of retail asset products and operations.

Graduation: Any discipline
Post Graduation (preferred)

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail lending or financial services, preferably in two-wheeler or vehicle loans.

Skills and Attributes
