Position Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software solutions. You will work in an Agile setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code that aligns with the Group’s architecture guidelines and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack applications using Java and contemporary frontend frameworks.




Translate functional requirements and business needs into detailed technical specifications and architecture designs.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high standards of quality.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in production and non-production environments.
Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
Execute (CI/CD) continuous integration and deployment pipelines to ensure a smooth delivery calendar.
Stay updated with emerging technology trends and propose improvements to existing systems to enhance scalability and robustness.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years applied experience
