Job Title: Program Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
● Support the day-to-day operations and coordination of Venture Development Centre programmes, including pre-incubation, incubation, venture education, outreach and ecosystem activities.
● Assist in the planning, logistics and execution of incubation programmes, bootcamps, workshops, pitch days, founder clinics, mentoring sessions, demo days and innovation challenges.
● Coordinate registrations, schedules, venues, communication, attendance, feedback, resource requirements and documentation for VDC activities.
● Act as the operational point of contact for participating student, faculty, alumni and early-stage startup teams, and help them access programme resources, mentors, makerspace support and follow-up assistance.
● Track startup and participant progress, programme milestones, submissions, mentor meetings, review outcomes and pending action items.
● Maintain venture records, databases, dashboards, reports, minutes of meetings,



impact notes and programme documentation for internal and external reporting.
● Support scouting and outreach across schools, departments, faculty members, student clubs and alumni networks to attract innovators and startup teams to VDC programmes.
● Assist in coordinating with mentors, investors, corporates, government agencies, ecosystem partners, vendors and internal university stakeholders.
● Support community-building initiatives, networking sessions, student engagement activities and entrepreneurship awareness campaigns across the campus.
● Identify easy process improvements to streamline programme workflows, enhance founder experience and strengthen the innovation culture at VDC.
