About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Transformation Specialist to support process simplification, documentation standardization, operational efficiency initiatives, and automation projects.



The role will work closely with stakeholders to streamline procurement-related workflows, improve data quality, and leverage Google Workspace solutions to drive business efficiency.

Responsibilities

Simplify and optimize procurement and operational processes.
Review, organize, and maintain procurement documentation and knowledge repositories.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and workflow enhancements.
Support ad-hoc transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Perform data cleanup activities, including supplier, contract, and contact information management.
Create and maintain Google AppSheet applications to support business processes.
Develop workflow solutions using Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets, AppSheet, Forms, and Sites.
