Role & responsibilities:
Collaborate with Head Talent Acquisition and Regional hiring managers to execute life cycle recruiting plans.
Understand the manpower requirements and post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
Screening and identifying external as well as internal applicants for job openings.
Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands.
Ensure proper background verification of recent hires as per organizational guidelines.
Issue the offer/ rejection letter, facilitate negotiations with the candidate and act as the liaison between the business and candidates.
Timely update Recruitment MIS and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
