Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Inbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring cybersecurity specialists. You will handle inbound inquiries, guide students through our course offerings in Cyber Security, and help them secure their future with the right trainings & certifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Handle inbound calls and web inquiries from prospective students and working professionals.
Course Counselling: Deeply understand Hacker School’s training programs and certification vouchers to provide expert advice to callers.
Sales Closure: Guide leads through the enrolment process, handle objections, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups,
and status updates in our sales database.
Market Support: Utilize your fluency in Telugu and English to support and expand our reach within the Telangana region.
Relationship Building: Provide excellent "pre-sales" support to ensure a smooth transition for students from inquiry to classroom.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Telugu (both spoken).
Experience: 0–2 years in sales, tele calling, or customer support. Experience in EdTech or Training industries is a major plus.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Mindset: A "target-driven" attitude with a passion for helping people grow their careers.
Education: Any Graduation (or) No Graduation.
