Site Management
Coordinate and manage site operations and electrical teams.
Monitor manpower utilization and team productivity.
Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project schedules.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain logs for electrical maintenance, site activities, and equipment performance.
Report operational status, maintenance requirements, and incidents to management.
