Key Responsibilities:
HVAC System Design
Design cleanroom HVAC systems as per ISO/VRF/VRV regulatory requirements.
Perform HVAC calculations including heat load, airflow, duct sizing, and pipe sizing.
Design and optimize systems for AHU, DHU, FCU, Chillers, Exhaust systems, and other cleanroom utilities.
Work with conventional HVAC systems, VRF, and DX systems.
Project Coordination & Documentation
Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimations.
Coordinate and review the work of project design teams to ensure compliance and quality.
Ensure timely completion of documentation and adherence to project requirements.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all HVAC designs comply with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and pharma cleanroom requirements.
Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.
