Technical Expertise & Diagnostics
Perform routine servicing, engine repairs, and maintenance on BMW motorcycles.
Use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance comply with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
Service Quality & Standards
Maintain high-quality workmanship and technical standards.
Conduct quality checks and ensure the reliability of serviced motorcycles.
Uphold the premium brand image through meticulous service delivery.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and customer reports.
Ensure all service documentation is completed in a timely and organized manner.
Customer Interaction & Support
Assist service advisors in explaining technical issues to customers when necessary.
Provide support for after-sales service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
