Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Requirements
Interface with customers to gather and understand digital reference flow requirements.
Capture, analyze, and scope effort for reference flow development.
Provide technical guidance and support for digital implementation flows.

Digital Implementation Flow Development
Develop baseline reference flows for ASIC digital implementation.
Work on end-to-end flow stages including synthesis, floorplanning, CTS, place & route, timing closure, and power planning.
Optimize flows for Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) targets.

EDA Tool Usage & Support
Work with EDA tools such as Genus, Innovus, Tempus, Voltus and related toolchains.
Debug and optimize digital implementation flows using industry-standard tools.

Documentation & Enablement
Create detailed documentation explaining flow steps, theory, and command usage.
Enable customers to effectively adopt and use reference flows.

Technical Problem Solving
Resolve complex digital implementation and timing closure issues.
Support advanced node (7nm and below) design challenges where applicable.
