Your Tasks
• Develop relationships with premium residential customers (homeowners, families, high-net-worth individuals) and build partnerships with real estate developers, residential communities, and property management companies




• Drive commercial business with premium B2B clients like international schools, embassies, luxury hotels, hospitals, and corporate offices.
• Accompany our private, commercial and governmental customers and partners throughout the complete value chain
• Prepare presentations and proposals for residential, commercial and governmental projects
• Establish and maintain productive, qualified relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
• Create reports regularly, maintain data for business and team-oriented opportunities, and document activities in CRM
• Provide technical field consultation, installation, training, maintenance and troubleshooting support, and prepare field reports
• Represent IQAir at local exhibitions, events, and support partners
