Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development: Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources tailored to various levels of learners, from beginners to advanced users.
Course Delivery: Conduct training sessions (both in-person and virtual) for employees, clients, or students on DTP software and best practices.
Software Expertise: Provide comprehensive knowledge on DTP software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW) and related tools, including advanced features and workflows.
Practical Exercises: Design hands-on exercises, workshops, and real-life projects to help trainees build practical skills in designing and publishing various materials (brochures, posters, flyers, etc.).
Customization: Tailor training sessions according to the needs of different audiences (e.g., designers, marketers, or administrative staff) to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Assessments: Evaluate trainee progress through tests, quizzes,



or assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Troubleshooting: Assist trainees with technical issues related to DTP software during training sessions, offering solutions and troubleshooting guidance.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in DTP and incorporate relevant advancements into training programs.
Support & Mentorship: Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners post-training, offering additional resources and troubleshooting help as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience (1+ year) as a DTP qualified or trainer with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant DTP tools.
Prior experience in designing and delivering training programs or workshops.
Solid understanding of desktop publishing concepts, layout design, typography, c
