Principal Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for deepening existing portfolio & acquiring new relationship in order to build sustainable asset & liability portfolio for the bank.
In the process the RM would also need to focus on incremental business opportunities, ensure credit hygiene & collaboration with both internal & external stakeholder.
The candidate is expected to have following skills to deliver the objective –
Experience of 5 years & above in banking industry
Experience of managing relationship of Business Banking/ MSME clients in Bangalore market
Understanding of financial statements & basic understanding of credit assessment
Skill to acquire current clients in MSME space for the bank
Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
Graduate Degree is a mandate
