Creative Researcher
We're looking for a Creative Researcher to help build compelling, insight-led content for YouTube. This role sits at the intersection of research, storytelling, and content strategy. You'll dive deep into topics, people, careers, and life experiences, and turn that research into engaging video concepts and structured briefs.

What you'll do
Research people, professions, industries, trends, and life experiences to uncover unique insights and stories.
Convert complex or boring information into engaging storylines and video briefs.
Brainstorm video ideas, titles, hooks, and content angles alongside the creative team.
Conduct interviews with students, specialists, creators, and other compelling individuals to uncover authentic stories.
Use AI tools extensively for research, ideation, summarization, and workflow optimization.
Organize research, interview notes,



and production workflows using tools like Notion.
Stay on top of youth culture, creator trends, internet conversations, and what's resonating with Indian and global audiences.
Collaborate closely with writers, producers, and creators throughout the pre-production process.

What we're looking for
Experience working in the YouTube or creator ecosystem, preferably in research, scripting, or pre-production.
You either create content yourself or have worked closely with creators.
Exceptional research skills—you know how to go beyond surface-level Google searches and build structured, insightful briefs.
Solid storytelling instincts with the ability to identify compelling narratives.
Comfortable interviewing people and drawing out meaningful, detailed stories.
Highly organized and reliable, with experience managing workflows in Notion or similar tools.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
