We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Supervisor to join our production department.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the quality control team
Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Investigate and resolve any quality issues that arise during production
Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively
Communicate with production managers and other departments to address quality concerns and implement improvements
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results




Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processess

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2 to 3 years of experience in a quality control role in a production environment
Solid knowledge of quality control principles and practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace
Detail-oriented and highly organized

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
