Position: 4-Roll Calendar Operator

Location: Muradnagar, (Sybly Industrial Area)

Requisites:
ITI in Rubber Technology, Fitter, or Machine Operation (Freshers can apply)
Familiarity with rubber processing and machine settings.
Attention to detail to detect inconsistencies in rubber sheets.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Ability to work in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:
Operate a 4-roll calendar machine to process rubber sheets.
Adjust machine settings to control sheet thickness and width.
Monitor the rolling process to avoid defects like air bubbles.
Inspect finished rubber sheets to ensure quality standards.
Perform regular machine maintenance and adjustments as needed.
Follow safety protocols and production schedules.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 per month
