About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Teach and mentor students in various fine arts disciplines, including painting, drawing, sketching, sculpture, and digital art.
Develop engaging lesson plans that encourage creativity, artistic techniques, and self-expression.
Organize art exhibitions, competitions, and workshops to showcase student talent.
Guide students in portfolio development for higher education opportunities in arts and design fields.
Stay updated with current trends in art and design, incorporating them into teaching methodologies.
Encourage students to participate in state and national-level art competitions.
Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate fine arts into the broader curriculum.




Maintain an inspiring and resourceful classroom environment that nurtures artistic exploration.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field.:
Solid proficiency in various art forms, techniques, and mediums.
Passion for mentoring students and fostering creativity.
Ability to organize and manage art events, exhibitions, and workshops.
Familiarity with digital art tools and software is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
