Develop and monitor a company’s supply chain strategy.
Improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high-quality material for their company.
Keep track of logistics and update the company’s inventory.
Analyze operational performance and resolve issues.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g., shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards.
Analyze supply chain data and performance.
Understand the company’s supply chain process and objectives, and develop strategies to improve efficiencies.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
Manage inventory levels to ensure that materials are available as needed.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure that they meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with internal departments to forecast future needs and develop plans to accommodate growth.
Prepare reports on supply chain metrics for upper management
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
Assist with the development and implementation of current ERP systems.
Train and mentor junior staff members
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
