Job Summary

We are hiring experienced and result-oriented professionals for the role of Unit Head – Defence Affinity with a leading Health Insurance company. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Direct Sales, team handling, and business development, preferably within the BFSI or Insurance industry. Candidates with exposure to the Defence Affinity segment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Defence Affinity sales team to achieve business targets.

Drive health insurance sales through Defence establishments and affinity partnerships.

Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Defence personnel and key stakeholders.





Plan and execute sales activities to maximize revenue and market penetration.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Track team performance, prepare sales reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is mandatory.

Minimum 4–8 years of experience in BFSI/Health Insurance/Life Insurance/General Insurance.

Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in Direct Sales.

Strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Candidates with Defence Affinity or Institutional Sales experience will be preferred.
