SKILL Requirements:
Should have hands on experience & worked specifically in CNC - VMC Milling Machines like (BFW, HAAS, MAKINO)
Work experience knowledge on the following CNC controls Siemens, Mitsubishi, Haas, Fanuc.
Should have worked on the following materials like Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steels, Titanium, composites copper, brass etc.
Should be able to do the setup for Development & Production parts.
Possess valuable knowledge in cutting tool & his selections.
Handling precision measuring instruments.
Hands on Experience in machining precision components with close tolerances.
Should train the recent joinee on settings & other parameters regularly.
Co-odinite with Programmers & Operator for effective setting & positive & quality productivity.
