Job Description

The Lead QA Automation will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the automated sing strategy for the organization and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated sing solutions. This position demands a seasoned qualified with a deep understanding of s automation frameworks, software development life cycle (SDLC), and a proven track record of successfully leading automation initiatives and and the ability to mentor and guide team members.



You will be a key player in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of software releases while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an automation strategy aligned with overall sing and development goals.
Design and develop a scalable and maintainable automation framework using Selenium and Python.
Oversee the implementation and integration of automation tools into the sing process.
Lead the development of automated s scripts using Python for functional, regression, and performance sing.
Review and provide guidance on coding practices to the automation team.
Integrate automated ss into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous sing.
Collaborate with the QA team to develop s plans and strategies, including automation s coverage.
Ensure s cases cover functional, integration, and regression sing scenarios.
