International Voice Process

Experience Required:
Must be versatile to work rotational shifts.
Fluent in communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Focus:
Take ownership of each customer interaction, empathize, and prioritize their needs.
Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations.
Build relationships to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Communication Skills:
Exhibit effective verbal and written communication with customers.
Document customer account activities accurately.




Engage in active listening and interactive dialogue.

Problem Solving:
Approach problems logically and make effective decisions.
Prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and conduct research when necessary.

Analytical Skills:
Critical thinking and independent judgment.
Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory practices.

Computer Skills:
Proficiency in using browsers, navigating multiple tabs, and instant messaging tools.
Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education
UG: Graduation Not Required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
