Role & Responsibility

1 Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program.

2 Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology.

3 Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions.

4 Counseling students as when required to enable their placements in jobs

5 Mainataining progress report of student, Handling internal MIS system (encore) and involving into day to day reporting

6 Helping with Students mobilization in near by community & supporting center to maintain infra

7 developing & capturing success stories of the students

8 help in placement process of the students

Education Qualification

Graduate with one year of experience in training

Person should be comfortable to train students. Valuable written and oral communication in English is required

Extovert,people oriented,ability to handle students of varying learning abilities and motivate them.
