About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Hematologist Technician to join our cooperative efforts in advancing AI/ML algorithms for peripheral blood smears (PBS). This role will focus on annotating and validating PBS slides scanned through our state-of-the-art Whole Slide Scanner, Micalys.
Key Responsibilities:
Annotation & Analysis: Analyze, annotate, and validate cell morphology using high-resolution scanned images via our online portal.
PBS Slide Access:
Provide high-quality PBS slides to build a comprehensive data set for AI/ML training.
Case Acquisition: Support the acquisition of additional PBS slides to expand the dataset.
Process Oversight: Ensure data accuracy and quality during annotation and validation, with full training and technical support provided by Medprime.
Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with our team to validate and refine the algorithm for continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in medical sciences.
Hands-on experience analyzing peripheral blood smears.
Familiarity with digital pathology tools (preferred but not mandatory).
