Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we Thrive together and support each others journeys. **Key responsibilities:** + Handling of all Quality Management System (QMS) activities including Change Control, Investigations, CAPA and compliance commitments. + Manage and oversee visual inspection and leak testing operations for vial filling line. + Ensure daily monitoring and timely closure of all QMS elements within specified timelines. + Provide oversight of departmental activities including isolator filling line, manufacturing and unit preparation processes. + Lead gap assessments in processes and ensure closure of identified gaps to maintain compliance. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen projects. **Travel Estimate** **Job Requirements** **Educational Qualification** B.
