Role: React Developer
Experience: 7-10Years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have:
Frontend Development: Strong hands-on experience in React.js and JavaScript, with the ability to build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web application
Backend Integration: Practical experience with Node.js, Express.js, and API integration to connect frontend applications with backend services
UI/UX Implementation: Ability to translate design requirements into clean, intuitive, reusable, and accessible user interface components
Good-to-Hav
API and Data Querying: Working knowledge of GraphQL for effective data fetching and API interaction.
Caching and Database: Familiarity with Redis for caching and MongoDB for NoSQL database management.
DevOps and Agile Delivery: Exposure to Docker for containerization and Agile practices for iterative,
team-oriented software delivery
Role & responsibilities
Design and develop up-to-date, responsive user interface applications using React.js and JavaScript, ensuring a seamless experience across devices
Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components to support consistent and efficient application development
Integrate, consume, and troubleshoot REST APIs to enable smooth communication between frontend applications and backend services
Improve application performance by optimizing load times, rendering efficiency, and overall responsiveness
Collaborate with Agile teams, participate in sprint ceremonies, and follow iterative development practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
