We are looking for a Platform Sub Domain Manager to join IKEA Group Digital. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products within the BR&C; and Legal platform subdomain, ensuring they are built and operated with quality, scalability, and business value in mind.
You are someone who inspires others, builds strong leadership team, and creates clarity in complex situations. You combine a solid customer focus with a deep understanding of technology and delivery, and you have the ability to translate insights into tangible product outcomes.

• Poven ability to manage managers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple product teams and complex digital portfolios across a global organization.
• Experience managing strategic vendor relationships, commercial engagements and delivery partners.
• Strong understanding of digital governance, technology roadmaps and platform lifecycle management.
• Experience collaborating with senior business leaders to shape investment priorities and digital transformation initiatives.
• Solid domain experience from Business Risk and Compliance focused on both financial and non financial controls/risks
• Experience with SAP GRC (Risk Management, Process Control, Audit Management, Access Control) together with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Legal tools like Ariba CLM, spell book, and other CLM / AI tools
