Kitchen Helper (aka kitchen porter/assistant) supports the cooking team with prep and cleanup so chefs can focus on cooking.
Key Responsibilities:
*Wash, peel, cut, and prep vegetables, meat, and other ingredients
*Assist cooks with basic food prep (measuring, portioning, mixing)
*Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
*Keep workstations, counters, and floors clean and sanitized
*Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Time - 7 Am to 4 Pm
Place - Shoba Road, Vennala, Kochi.
