Conduct incoming inspection and testing of raw and packaging materials.
Collect samples and perform testing as per the Material Testing Frequency (MTF) plan.
Maintain accurate testing records and retain control samples as per SOP.
Report quality deviations and non-conformities to the QA Head.
Conduct weekly and monthly storage area audits and track corrective actions.
Monitor concentrate and pulp quality and submit reports.
Identify and report KORE compliance gaps.
Ensure GMP and Positive Housekeeping (GHK) compliance in the assigned area.
Maintain laboratory records, consumables, and inventory.
Perform sensory evaluation of incoming raw materials.
Support microbiological analysis as required.
Maintain packaging material artwork files and related documentation.
Train team members on IPQP analysis and quality procedures
