About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing operational activities & processes related to inventory, logistics, tech, and supply chain. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, data analysis,



and the ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work on process improvement, and workflow optimization. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Preparing meaningful dashboards and operational reports with help of PowerBI, Advanced Excel, Claude AI and SQL
• Manage and follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and quality checks for completed assignments. Maintaining & streamlining monthly inventory stock closing activities.
• Maintain and audit for accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities in the company’s database, ensuring data integrity.
• Support the planning and execution in driving customer satisfaction and cost optimization initiatives
