Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Associate

Location: Amar Paradigm, Mahalunge Rd, near Sadanand Hotel, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra

Responsibilities:
Conduct video calls with potential students to introduce and sell our services.

Utilize persuasive communication skills to present product features effectively.

Close sales and meet weekly/monthly quotas.

Build and maintain solid relationships with clients through video interactions.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective video sales strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Enhance sales techniques through continuous training and self-improvement.

Qualifications:
Any graduate with a minimum of 1 year of B2C sales experience.





Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (no MTI).

Presentable and qualified demeanor, especially during video calls.

Compensation:
CTC: Up to ₹4.2 LPA + Uncapped Incentives (average earnings up to ₹30,000).

Additional perks include company-sponsored lunch, daily meditation sessions, and paid Vipassana leave.

Work Schedule:
1st & 3rd Weeks: Monday and Tuesday off

2nd, 4th & 5th Weeks: Monday only off (6 days working)

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
