We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Executive to join our team at Compucare India Pvt Ltd. As a Channel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of dealers and channel partners, generating sales of our SaaS product, Tempus Central (time attendance and payroll cloud-based software), and ensuring successful deal closures. Your primary focus will be to expand our market reach, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with our partners.

Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard current dealers and channel partners across different regions in India.
Conduct market research to identify potential dealers and partners who align with our target market.
Collaborate with dealers and channel partners to generate leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.
Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training to partners and potential customers.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs,



address their queries, and provide necessary support.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with partners, ensuring profitability for both parties.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of the product to customers.
Track and analyze sales data, partner performance, and market trends to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Robust understanding of SaaS products and the IT industry.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel within India for partner meetings, conferences, and customer visits if require
