We are currently seeking fun loving, adventurious, dedicated individuals to join us as a face2face fundraiser

As a Face2Face Fundraiser-

⦁ you will be actively and positively engaging with the public, inspiring them to support charities and inspiring them to make a difference by supporting our fund-raising efforts. You will have the prospect to work on various charities across India
⦁ Identify and recruit excellent quality donors using methods outlined through ongoing training and support.

⦁ Treat all information obtained by donors as confidential and manage this data safely and securely.

⦁ participate in training and coaching sessions as required by Face2Face Fundraising India.





⦁ Work with your Team Leader and Team Manager to achieve weekly quantity and quality fundraising targets.

⦁ In this public-facing role, you will also be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct, consistent with the company's values.

⦁ This is a field-based role, you will be expected to work in malls, markets, tech parks and other public locations.

⦁ Initially, you will be working as an individual contributor and over some time if the performance is good, you will be promoted to a team-handling role.
