A specialized felt production unit - SFG is an Indian manufacturer of SAE Industrial Wool Felt, Polyester Felt, Geotêxtiles and Air Filter Media that produces roll goods and custom cut parts to many industries in India. We have a large facility in Chennai, Tamilnadu, with several high speed felt manufacturing machines from fibre stage and also the presses, laminating machines, re-winders, slitters and several other specialized converting machines.

Position Summary:
The B2B Sales Coordinator supports the B2B sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective processes. This role requires solid organizational skills, excellent communication, and a positive understanding of B2B sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and proposals.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and sales calls.




Update customer databases.
Prepare sales reports.
Be the main contact for B2B clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain solid client relationships.
Follow up on sales leads.
Analyze sales data and track performance.
Work with marketing, finance, and product teams.
Generate sales performance reports.
Identify ways to improve sales processes.
Stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in B2B sales coordination or a similar role.
Education: Bachelor's degree (with Science Background)
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills. Mandatory Language (English, Hindi, Tamil):
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
