Role Description:As an Enrollment Associate, you will play a crucial role in connecting with teachers, students, and parents to enroll students. You will be responsible for communicating the perks of our online Olympiad and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with teachers, students, and parents via phone or digital channels.
Provide information about the Olympiad, answer queries, and address concerns.
Assist in the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary details are collected accurately.
Meet or exceed enrollment targets set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollments.
Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
