Job Profile:
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
Provide leadership and guidance to production teams to ensure the timely completion of tasks and adherence to production schedules.
Motivate and train employees to enhance productivity and maintain a positive work workplace.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality and efficiency standards.
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain a protected working setting for all employees.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, quality inspections, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess production efficiency and quality levels.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
