About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Seller Consultant – Walmart Connect to drive third-party seller success by enabling optimal use of tools, resources, and support to improve performance on the Walmart Marketplace. You will empower internal sales and account management teams by establishing scalable processes, SOPs, and toolkits that streamline troubleshooting, simplify internal navigation, and enhance the seller experience—leveraging advertising as a key growth lever. You will also own the measurement and improvement of seller satisfaction by collecting, analyzing, and acting on feedback to drive continuous program and process enhancement. This role requires robust expertise in retail media, operational excellence, analytical rigor, and a passion for driving measurable business impact and seller growth.

About the Team
The Walmart India Cross Border team enables Indian brands, manufacturers, MSMEs, and other sellers to expand globally by listing and selling their products across Walmart’s international online marketplaces.



This allows them to grow their business as cross-border sellers on Walmart Marketplace, reaching a energetic audience of over 120 million U.S. consumers each month.

What you’ll do
Seller Enablement Strategy & Execution: Design and implement comprehensive seller enablement strategies, programs, and initiatives to drive adoption of Walmart Connect services, improve ad performance, and enhance seller satisfaction, retention, and revenue outcomes across Walmart Marketplace.
Seller-Driven Problem Solving: Identify and address key day-to-day seller pain points impacting performance and experience with Walmart Connect sponsored products, translating them into scalable solutions and improvements.
Feature Adoption & Engagement: Accelerate adoption of Walmart Connect features, tools, and services by sellers through targeted enablement, communications, and ongoing support to improve product visibility and campaign outcomes while maintain
