Key Responsibilities:
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Evaluate student performance through tests, essays, and other assessments.
Provide feedback to students and communicate progress to parents or guardians.
Encourage students to think critically and communicate effectively in English.
Adapt teaching methods to meet students’ needs and learning goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Robust communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
Experienced:
More than 06 months experience required.
