Job Title: IT Project Coordinator Intern

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura

Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview:
As an IT Project Coordinator Intern, you will support our IT project management team by assisting with the coordination and execution of various IT projects. You will gain hands-on experience in project management and IT operations, working closely with experienced specialists to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordination: Schedule and organize project meetings, track project milestones, and ensure timely communication between team members.
Communication: Act as a point of contact for project-related queries and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in developing solutions.



Prepare and present regular project status reports.
Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks related to project management, such as updating project management tools and databases.

Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and basic understanding of IT concepts and terminologies.
Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy in documentation.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace and build positive relationships with colleagues.
