The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospects and guests daily, driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building, and maintaining thorough records of interactions. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs, monitoring market conditions, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the company's brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Guest Interaction:
Interact with prospects and guests daily to generate interest and build rapport.
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings to engage with guests, addressing their needs and queries effectively.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain solid relationships with new and previous guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and satisfied.




Sales Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and guest accounts, documenting interactions and follow-ups.
Utilize CRM software to manage and track guest information and sales activities.
Product Education:
Educate guests on how the company's products or services can benefit them, tailoring information to meet their specific needs.
Deliver clear and compelling product presentations to inform and persuade guests.
Market and Competitor Monitoring:
Monitor the company's industry competitors, recent products, and market conditions to stay informed about industry trends.
Analyze market data to understand customer needs and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy.
