Develop relationships with corporate clients, system integrators, and IT service providers.
Meet sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.
Create and present proposals and quotations for IT hardware and networking solutions.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware (servers, routers, switches, workstations, etc.) and networking solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise
Stay updated on the latest IT hardware and networking products (firewalls, storage solutions, cloud services, etc.).
Coordinate with technical teams to provide pre-sales support, demonstrations, and product explanations.




Educate clients about current technologies and their perks in improving IT infrastructure.
Order Processing & Coordination
Process client purchase orders and coordinate with the procurement team for stock availability.
Track order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and ensure smooth execution.
Work closely with logistics and service teams to ensure proper installation and after-sales support.
Pricing & Negotiation
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals profitably.
Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining company profit margins.
Keep track of competitor pricing and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and revenue forecasts to the sales manager.
Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client data.
