We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 4–5 years of experience to work on up-to-date business applications built on Microsoft technologies. You will work across the stack: React-based frontend (PCF), .NET C# backend services, REST API integrations, and solutions on Dynamics 365 / Power Platform. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end development, has basic Azure / DevOps exposure, and is familiar with Agile ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React (PCF) on the frontend and .NET C# on the backend.
Implement and consume REST APIs for integration between systems and services.
Develop and customize solutions on Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, including:
Plugins
Custom APIs
Web resources / client-side logic
Power Automate flows
Basic knowledge of Azure Functions, Entra ID (Azure AD), and App Registrations (Service Principal / Client Secret) for authentication, authorization, and integration scenarios.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews,



retrospectives) following Scrum / Protected practices.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; ensure proper unit testing and adherence to coding standards.
Use DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git) for work item tracking, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack (frontend, backend, integrations, environments).
Contribute to technical design discussions, estimations, and continuous improvement of development processes.
