Job Title: Java Trainer

Responsibilities:
Deliver Java programming courses to students, professionals, or internal teams.
Create, update, and maintain course content and training materials (e.g., presentations, handouts, code examples).
Conduct hands-on labs and coding exercises to enhance learning.
Provide feedback and mentorship to students, helping them overcome challenges.
Evaluate students' progress through assessments, assignments, and exams.
Customize training programs based on participant skill levels and learning needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Java development.
Assist in the development of new training modules or materials as required.
Provide post-training support to address questions and concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Robust expertise in Java programming (core Java, J2EE, Java frameworks, etc.).
Experience with Java technologies like Spring, Hibernate,



and Maven is a plus.
Familiarity with up-to-date development tools such as IDEs, version control (Git), and build tools.
Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or delivering training programs is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage with diverse audiences.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot coding issues.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of other programming languages or frameworks (e.g., Python, Angular, React) is a plus.
Certifications in Java (Oracle Certified Java Programmer) or teaching/training credentials are beneficial.
Experience in Agile or DevOps environments is advantageous.
