Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to negotiating offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
Robust understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
