A Packing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the packing department, ensuring all products are packed accurately, safely, and in compliance with company standards and customer requirements. The role involves supervising packing staff, monitoring the quality of packaging, maintaining records of packed goods and daily output, and ensuring timely dispatches. The Packing Supervisor also coordinates with the store or purchase department to manage inventory of packing materials, works closely with the quality control team to address packaging issues, and ensures strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Additionally, the role includes training recent staff, guiding team members, minimizing errors and wastage, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency within the packing process.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
